In 2023, the iconic Byward Market in Ottawa approached our Interactive Media Design program for a promotional video to showcase their anticipated summer season. Seizing this distinctive opportunity, I stepped up to lead a dedicated team of fellow students to transform this vision into reality. As project lead, I took charge of the detailed planning, from creating a compelling script to forming comprehensive shot lists.
Our work involved an invaluable collaboration with Byward Market's Marketing Director. This close cooperation ensured we could capture the essence of the market while bringing her unique vision to life. We also conducted interviews with various market vendors, collecting genuine testimonials to enrich the video's narrative.
